Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Branching Roots. Our programs require advance planning, supplies, staffing, and limited enrollment. Please review our cancellation policy before registering.

Registration Fee

A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for each child enrolled. Registration fees are capped at $300 per family and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Tuition Payments

Families may enroll for the full school year or register by individual session, based on availability.

If a payment plan is selected, scheduled payments will continue according to the agreed-upon payment schedule unless otherwise approved by Branching Roots.

Transaction fees associated with online payments are non-refundable.

Parent-Initiated Cancellations

If a family chooses to withdraw from Branching Roots after registering, written notice should be provided as soon as possible.

Refunds for tuition already paid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Branching Roots. The non-refundable registration fee will not be refunded.

Program Changes

Branching Roots reserves the right to modify schedules, session dates, activities, instructors, or programming when necessary due to weather, enrollment, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If Branching Roots cancels a program or session, families will be notified promptly, and any applicable tuition adjustments or refunds will be determined by Branching Roots.

Attendance

No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for missed classes due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances unless otherwise approved by Branching Roots.
